this an ecommerce site? or? I took a quick look at the front page. some ok photography but doesn't have a "buy me" feel at all. not sure if that'd the direction you had in mind but I would assume so if it is an ecommerce site.
fonts too small...
what about products? are there any? deals? something that I can click on and buy.
why does the link in the right top corner that says "snowboard shop" lead to the same index page....
might be a good idea to get a marketing/sales person involved on this.
my 2 cents

cool.. good points i spent about around an hour designing it.. i wish i had more time to mess with it. i have some ideas for it but just haven't had the time to put them together yet doh!

by the way some of the photos are just a collection of over the years of stuff that we've done at the shop. some digi from3 years back, some slr from last year, and a couple frames from the gl2...

i'd give you some actual feedback but i got to run.

made the snowboard shop link go to the boards... should have done that in the first place.
should i stick some photos/productions below the journal, like a specials section you guys think? i want it to look different, and have a personal feel to the site instead of a corporate dead feel to it, or the "hey look at me i'm cool". i want more of a laid back feel to it.

serious, I would pull the journal... I mean the object is to sell shit right? or put it off tpo the side real small.
a better thing to do would be to have a message board like NT so that user could post comments about whatever snow conditions etc. that would inspire people to come backa nd read responses.
but even that idea is suspect.the main thing is post good clean photos of your product and the deals that users can't resist.
make the menu links bigger and IMO ditch all those photos on the homepage. they are kinda crumb and they take a while to download on 56k - the girl in the tight shirt is about the only one that grabbed me...
once I ventrured into the ecommerce it gets better in there. more user friendly.
you own this shop? my reccomendation is to hire me, I'll design it real tight. real simple. your cash will flow...
peace.
