Gefeliciflapstaart is just a funky alternative for gefeliciteerd!, which means congratulations! in Dutch..
Now, i try hard to get my American-English coolness going on this board__ so help me with some cool (unofficial) words/slang that i don't know about yet.

the Nethalands are turning into a micro-USA__ it's all over in the media, the govt. here licks Bush's balls everyday, there is a McDonalds on every corner here, movies, porn, Coke, etc.
so no need to wonder. :)

At what age did you start learning English?
When I was in Amsterdam, I was amazed at how well everybody spoke. Amazed, and ashamed.
I have a child's knowledge of Spanish, and that's it.

we get it teached when still in the motherwomb__
we get to hear tv-shows and the likes__
I mean I already knew half of the US sitcoms before I even opened my eyes_
which was pretty handy as I learned both a language and knew what was on the telly at the same time.

If were talking enlish-dutch slang in the netherlends only thing I can think of is..
COKA CHARLIE COKA EXTASY
It is common slang used around Central Station of Amsterdam by numerous black men. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER.........
