Just wanted to share some info I read in HOW recently. Everyone should know this stuff when dealing with contracts:
Be sure to include and specify the following:
* Money/Payment Terms
* Ownership
* Terms
* TerminationAlways expect the worst.

i had a lawyer help write my contract. its so asstight.
always cover your ass. never forget about raw files. sometimes they think you'll pass em over for free after the project is done.
