"our website is going to be pretty big, what do you think about geocities?"

An account manager (interactive) asked the office manager to inquire if the domain b.com is still available. (two year ago!)
another account manager: oops sorry I forgot we needed to do a banner campaing too and we have 30 minutes before they need to be online. 4 banners a client review and sending them to the media company in half an hour. (we did it btw! haha)
A client's briefing:
I want a killer app on every page of my site. (200+ pages!)

Once I client asked me if I could increase the 72 dpi of the monitor so the images could be seen with a "higher DEFINITION", what a moron.

"We need to make some changes to these mockups, can you call the photoshop and ask them to fix it?"
- reluct0

"We would like to put the site on Geocities because we believe they have the best webtools"
- unknown0
this isnt from my client, rather its from my boss...

"Call the photoshop...'' lol!
I have just this second come out of a meeting when we were supposed to be refining/signing off my designs and the client said:
"Well Dominique can use Corel Draw so she has modified your designs". She pulled out a stack of 'designs' that had been rearranged as if by a butcher with no eyes.
Why did they come to a design company? duuuuurrrrrr!!!!!
Breathe.

Like I said a couple days ago, finding out that a client's art department had nothing but photodraw, which turns out to be a discontinued MS office thing from the depths of time, was distressing to say the least.
"what's postscript? is that like a corel thing?"
they're lucky they don't work nearby.

i worked on a site that had a list of events, and created a dreamweaver template for them, but suggested using a database structure becuase it would be easier for them.
client - "well we don't think it's necessary"
me- "ok"
2 months later i get an email
client - "is it possible to setup a database structure for our events section, it would be nice to have that feature.
me -"wtf"
- ********0
I got paid about 4K to do minimal work on a site, they were very stupid.

where i work, they said avg is about 1-2 hours per page, when i already coded/created the template.
so 1-2 hours to copy/paste content.
