digital effects photoshoot

i have the oportunity to do a photo/video shoot for a digital effects company. basically blue screen stuff.. heavily backlit.. emphasis on the siloette. i thought it sounded really interesting and kind of fun. not to mention it pays 30$ an hour. problem is i just found out it invloves some nudity.
the image will be heavily edited, colorized effects and animated distortions and it's basically just the silloette anyway so wont be recognizeable.would you still do it?

$30 an hour for getting your kit off isn't much. But depends on situation. Is it being used for something you'll find distasteful? Do they have much money or are making lots of money from it? Are they friends or random strangers?

For me it would have to be a tasteful situation, eg art class etc, not a bunch of young guys with a camera going "phwoar". But I have friends who have done that for cash in other situations. Everyone's different - whatever you are comfortable with.

models for life drawing classes get 10 - 15$ an hour....
probably not a fair comparison....
But I would say if it's for something you think is cool and not sleazy 30$ isn't bad...can't be too sleazy, otherwise it would be fully lit
and instead of a blue screen there would be a cheap motel...

I personally wouldn't do it. With a hard copy (ie. photograph) who knows who could get their hands on it. I don't know, maybe i'm just paranoid, but it seems as if a lot of nude pics escape the intended merchant for other uses.
