External DVD drive with OsX???

    Has anyone used or purchased a external DVD drive with a G4 tower running OsX? If so did it work with DVD studio Pro? And then if it did work how was the compatibility with DVD players? Im trying to avoid buying a new G4 just to burn DVDs...help Five73 save money
