AE Graphic Payment

  Ive only just been getting to grips with after effects but seem to be steaming ahead, a guy from a tv channel noticed my work i did for a friends intro and wants to meet with me about doing some broadcast graphics......

  as i'm new to the motion graphics thing, what do i charge for anything.......animated logo? full graphic intro? by hours? etc..

  any ideas?

  also, which type of text is most effective when distorting it in after effects? text from illustrator?
