OK...totally the wrong forum..but I cant stand to leave NT...he, he
Just switched from Logic to Cubase SX (don't ask why)
How in the world can you set up a key command to move the cycle/loop/ruler (whatever it's called) forward or backward by the lenghth of the cycle in the project window. (i.e without having to change the cycle start and end measure numerically in the transport)??
So simple in Logic......this is killing me....

you should be able to set your parameters for it the same you do in Reason and Logic, what's the problem exactly? Do you want to take a certain area that you need looped from a total song, because that's the impression I get? ;)

I want to loop 4 bars.
I want to be able to use a key command to move the position of that four bar loop/cycle forwards or backwards in the project in real time without changing the length of the loop.
1-4.....5-8....9-12...etc
I'm astonished that this isn't possible.
