This must be one of the most horrible uses of flash I have ever experienced.
Now you ask: FLash? I don' see know flash, duuude!
Yes it is there, see the site map, see the black texts menu items? That, my fellow NT'ers is a LOT of Flash. Actually it really looks like every single item is a different swf.
See for yourself, check the source and count, I actually gave up the counting.
Can someone explain me what's good about this please?

Most likely they are buttons made from Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Swish, etc..
there are other programs besides flash that make it easier to do your rollovers with a preset flash button than it is to make two images for each one.
That whole site is bad development, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just know it's not standard practice.
