Is there a Sorensen Codec? I have not used 3D Max for years but I know After Effects uses the Sorensen Codec, Similar to what is used in Flash MX to deliver Video.

Render it out uncompressed, preferably as a TIF or Targa sequence, composite in Premiere, compress there or, better yet, use Cleaner to do the compression. It allows you to experiment with different settings without rerendering. Plus, it's faaast.

yeah.. render it as lossless, and add it to your vid or flash project from there... if its going to vid, you'll need the sorenson pro codec for web. I think flash will take care of its own compression? Not too sure about flash.
