I Know I need to stream Audio & Video on a site I am creating. I am using a SQL Database for the rest of the site & Have already created media tables that store the paths to media (Most likely I will recieve the media as .mov, .mp3 & .avi
I have the Helix Server and Windows Media Administrator on my 2000 Advamced Server. WHich should I use or should I use something else?
Thanks for any help!

j/k
if you have real producer (don't hate) it creates your file into a rm file and you just point to it with .ram file and it streams.
real producer has diff. settings for diff. bandwidths which is nice.
never used windows media thing before so can't input on that.

Well my co-Worker put the Helix server on there but my boss wants me to use Windows Media because its defaultly set up on our server, he said that he thinks RealMedia is shitty for some reason. I liked it for the same reasons you mentioned, But it looks like I will be using Windows Media for now.
I was more hoping that someone might be able to post some helpful links they might have run across when dealing with Streaming. Im open to anything.
