Should I redo?

I'm at the beginning stages of possibly looking for new employment in another city and I was going to redo my resume site.
But the more I look at it I still kinda like it. It's 2 years old, so I thought I'd do something fresh and new.
But I also like to do things that are original and don't seem to be coming up with any good ideas.
So what do you think of the old site, and should I redo it?

It's not about redo or undo, it's about whether you're happy of it or not.
If you do, keep it.
If you don't, then think WHY you don't like it.

Looks good. Don't redo it and waste hours of time.
I would format the text though, make it a little more interesting.

It depends on where you're thinking of applying for work. I think Jacob Nielsen would hire you in a second. Juxt interactive might not. Stay true to your philosophy of design. If your site reflects it, keep it. If it has changed since you did it, then change it.
To me *personally* it seems easy to use and displays the information well. But seems kind of ho-hum.

i dunno if i like the resume on the homepage.
straight to the point i guess but it would be nice to see something a little more visually impacting
however, depends on where you want to work

the header is nice.
maybe rework the porftfolio so it all fits without scrolling.

I think a redo is in order. It's 3 years old now that I recall when I first did it... and there are things that need improvement and extra spice.
I guess before I was just trying to think to far outside the box and come up with something revolutionary and profound.
A "refresher" is what I'll call it.
