Define Pattern in Photoshop

  I remember using a little filter that made my patterns smooth. The issue is, I've got a little piece of fabric that needs to be turned into a bg pattern, but I can't get it "even" and smooth looking.

  And so, I(if you get my point), how to I make it identical in all 4 corners?
