Help,
I brought my laptop to taiwan hopeing to just hook it up at internet cafe's. Unfortunately no one will let me. I think I've seen small little email programs that run off a 3 1/2" floppy.
Can you point me in the right direction?PS they don't have cdroms on their computers.
