This may not be exactly what you're looking for, its an asutralian teen movie called Puberty Blues - it is at once a wicked dodgy teen movie and an actully good movie at the same time (think fast times at ridgemont high meets kids in the early 80s)... directed by Bruce Beresford who did Black Robe & Driving Miss Daisy
