g4 laptop battery

hey all. i've had a G4 laptop for about a year now. and recently noticed that the battery never fully charges anymore. it always stay at about 90% or so... is this normal?

have you tried letting it run all the way down? I've read that you're supposed to let the juice run all the way out before charging.
The g4 laptop battery is supposed to stay charged for 6 hours but I think the record for mine is 3.5. bastards.

i've had it charging for 12+ hours without even using it. And I just checked... it hovers at 90%....

if you are still in warranty call Applecare...they have a procedure for checking whats wrong, replacing batteries... sometimes they have a software utility for depleting it as part of the test...

my battery is charging up to 55 minutes, called apple care and they are shipping me a new one. that is what you pay for, call them and they will help you. BTW, they are in back order....
