how is this new espn motion thing working? it looks amazing, no buffering or anything!!! is it mpeg 4?

there are at least 2 other threads here about it.
but it is awesome... to bad for mac users though.

i keep a pc around for circumstances like this.
and it works great. I'm thinking it must download video ahead of time then plays it back. so it buffers it alright, you just don't notice it.
the only problem is it only works for ie.
