hello all. i live in north hills CA, a suburb of los angeles CA. At aproximately 11:13pm this evening, a stolen car from a nearby neighborhood was driven and parked next to my house, it was subsequently followed by another car; apparently an aquaintance. The driver of the stolen vehicle got and out persisted to have an argument with the driver of the following car. During the exchange of nasty words, the car somehow ended up bursting into flames and almost catching my house on fire. The most exciting thing about the whole fiasco, is that i caught the car fire on video, including the battery exploding and almost killing my dad.

yeah that is crazy. im glad nothing serious happend with your dad or house.
now as for what i would do with the vid:
I would put it in aftereffects. do some wild vector stuff and give it a phat techno beat!

lol, good solution. but, i thought i might do something more original with it, like possibly put some sort of slow pulsing opera music to it. i am going to digitize tommorow.

it was a 2003 ford explorer i believe. It is fuckin trashed man. all the seats are burned out of it and it smells like shit on the side of my house. i really want to know what the fuck made it start on fire though, im curious.
i am going to take some footage tommorow though, so that it will be properly lit and i wont have to worry about the car exploding on me.--MJE

haha, I just ignore them most of the time. I actually feel like I know more about graphic design than they do.
The classes are a little boring right now, I can't wait 'till it picks up a bit.

man, the cops didnt even show up. and as for the bad guys, they split as soon as the car burst into flames.
