switching discipline? anyone?

  I'm thinking of switching discipline. I've been doing web stuff for almost six years now, so changing might be the best thing I can do. Or maybe don't choose and do anything I want.

  I started a small virtual company called RE. The plan is to do some free work in product design, print and advertising to see what suits me and of course what will pay my groceries....

  Anyone else who changed channel now that the economy is at it's worst? And if you did, which discipline?
