  ok I know the ipod weighs 6.5oz, but can somebody tell me how much it weighs all packaged in the box and everything... its not 5lbs surely??

  i didn't weigh mine when it came - the thing itslef is light enough, but the 2" lead-lined casing is a bit weighty - nothing the forklift couldn't handle though.
