Quicktime Screen Capture..

  Hi, does anyone know of any program out for Mac 0S9/OSX that records what you do on the screen in movie format?
  (A bit like a screenshot but as a movie instead).
  Ive seen it done on various tutorial sites for programs like Director and Flash but havent figured out how they have done it..
  My firend works at a small software company and I want to incorporate it in future products with the accompanying PDF manual/guide.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  they don't make movies.

  there are a few products out there though...tried versiontracker.com?
