**best premiere export...

  I am using premiere for this school project... If I were to export it for VCD, what would be the best, THE BEST, export setting i should use? no pixelated stuff... please help. thanks in advance.

  vcd?

  for that mpeg and change it DAT files..

  Nero has vcd setting so you can play on DVD or VCD machines
