Speaker problems

  I've got some (4 and a sub) FSP1000 speakers from Creative. I got a SB PCI 64/128 card. Music from cd-drive plays fairly well. But when I pop in DVDs, there's always this crackling sound at high tones. Not even that high. It's probably frequencies it can handle when it's music, but fucks up somehow with the DVD. Anyone got similar problems?

  yeah, i get that sometimes.

  i'm using a klipsch thx 5.1 proaudio system.
