going to stavanger, norway this weekend..long story why but it has to do with anthony gormley..
does anyone (norwegian and non-norwegian alike) have any recommendations for what to do in this northern hamlet?

Norway is so beuatiful...all that snow. I went around this time of year, about 8 years ago. Snow to the tops of houses, etc...

I have never been to Stavanger, but did a search, and there is very nice things happening there this weekend. I would strongly recomend:
Friday at Folken: Concert with Dadafon. Very good band!
