basically im going through a diversion program for first time offenders, to have no record of the arrest and no charges etc. the probation lady is giving me problems about my employment, since im a freelancer. today is the last day of my term, and its still not resolved. basically she can give a negative report to the courts and they could reinstate charges :(

im a personal contractor. i have sent her a client invoice and their contact info so that she can contact them to verify employment. my lawyer is going to call her now. thanks for any positive energy you guys, i really need it.
