AE PROBLEM

  first time using AE.

  imported psd layers. type is not very clean. can you only import at 72 dpi?

  any help would be appreciated.

  make the layer that the type is on, sharper. The diagonal line you see to the right of the layer, click on that so it turns to a smooth diagonal line instead of a stepped, jagged one. That'll make the layer look as sharp as it will render.
