Sounds like you dropped the ball.
The internet's a level playing feild, but also a highly competitive one. If you aren't on top of your game, someone is out there waiting to catch you slippin'.
Sad but true.
When you register a domain you are basically renting it for a year or so. Don't rely on someone else to remind you when that year is up. You will be let down.

i thought they were great at first bu now i can't get ahold of anybody. because they took my account offline i can't put in a ticket for support and without putting in a ticket they won't talk to me on phone support. i aske if they were really serious about this policy and they hung up on me. boo featreprice
