ugh, that sucks!
did homeboy try to beat the train, or did they get stuck on the tracks?
- BonSeff0
stupid lady. she couldnt wait 90 seconds and i cost her a daughter

they didn't make good judgement with the speed of the train - and got hit on a good portion of the backside of the car.
also the daugter wasn't in a car seat like she should have been either and was thrown through the window out onto the tracks.

think they will try and sue dart?
- kerus0
ugh, arent there like bells and whistles and flashing lights saying "dont cross" etc?

"think they will try and sue dart?"
that wouldn't surprise me.
my friend said the girl was covered in blood and kept screaming 'don't let my baby die, don't let my baby die'
an old couple in their 60's or 70's came over to assist the child. the old lady administered CPR and told the young mother the child would be ok. As the mother turned away, the lady looked at my friend and shook her head as if to say 'this child is going to die'.
the young father, also covered in blood was walking around stopping every once in a while to pray out loud or to throw up... This was a pretty traumatizing event.
