  I am currently trying to set up MoveableType http://www.moveabletype.org which seems to be most popular. Free for personal use... $150 for commercial use.

  Moveable type can be used without mysql... using Berkley DB... I am still a nivice with moveabletype but check in their forums for more answers

  you don't need mySQL to use moveablt type (which rocks by the way).

  I had it set up in about 10 mins.
