lucky for you i know the solution..
go buy some metamucil wafers. they are very high in fiber and will solidify everything down there within just a few hours... problem solvedps. if you're really having trouble, buy Konsyl (like metamucil, but more potent).

ya know, pectin that is found in the core of an apple or in the fibers of an orange peel (inner pulp of skin) can be mixed with charcoal to produce kaopectate which will fix you right up.
oh... and yes. i am serious. i was a botany freak for many years. almost majored in it in college. =)
