You guys know of any good tutorials on usability and interface navigation?.Please dont tell me Jacob Nielsen.

just read jacob's stuff and discard the crap you don't want.
most of usability is just pure common sense.
usableweb.com has links to a lot of stuff, but again a lot of it is 'jacobian'.
a list apart and zeldman's stuff are other things to look at.

It's about making informed design decisions based on heuristics and testing.
