UK hosting?

Recommendations of UK hosts please. I'm looking for cheap, 50-100meg space, at least 1 pop3 box, cgi and a good allowance of monthly transfer.
Oh and they must be fast as I want to have video on there.

wow that is cheap. almost suspiciously so, do you know what sort of DL speeds you get on ADSL??

i've always used the nexus for when i've set up friends sites and stuff, and i've had no problems:

dsvr.co.uk will give you a free 50meg space if you are a web designer, then you can upgrade when you get busy, their service is exceptional but they are a little tight on bandwidth - 4G a month a low-end account.

As recommended to me by Jevad on this very forum, http://www.xcalibre.co.uk are cheap and have someone on the end of the phone you can actually get hold of.

dc have you used bargain-host? I'm just trying to get transferred out of them because I DL's max at around 2500bps even on ADSL and no matter how many times I email them - no reply and I can only find a fax number for them. You dont have a number do you? I constantly get connection hangs and non loading images.

Easily.co.uk are very good... I use and recommend them...
theyre the uk's second largest..
I also know theyre very decent people and their technical support is very helpful too..
they have a thing called pay as you go hosting which works out very nicely...

thanks oculasm, they look pretty good, do you know what sort of speeds large files get downloaded over ADSL as I'm looking to have mpegs on the site.
