Hi folks, today I'm glad canadian govermment reiterated its position that the United Nations should decide what to do next - not following what Bush and other european countries, lead by Spain and UK, are doing.
Oppinions?

Sorry rasko :)
Okay, nice site cbc.ca isn't it? ;)Just a joke.
Mandela said what almost no one says.. "the sole reason for a possible US-led attack would be to gain control of Iraqi oil. "

i think the situation is a lot more senseless than just the acquisition of oil - for a dude who swindled his way to the whitehouse dubya sure knows how to create a diversion

yeah thank fuck our government has some common sense . . . I heard an interesting point on the radio the other day....we never particiipated in vietnam and we improved economically and socially world wide not to mention staying out of a serious fuck up. I'm also very encouraged by the NDP's new leader Jack Layton

He's smart, educated and very 'with it' when it comes to these sorts of things (inadvertant plug) I hope they come up big next election. But cootos to Jean for going out strong.

fortunatly/unfortunatly national governmets dont do anything big until public opinion sanctions it - they're engineering our consent right now
these guys would lie to the fishes in the sea - what kind of doublethink are we expecting next?
