I have a serious addiction. I watch SERIOUS production notes and documentaries on every DVD I ever see. It doesn't matter what one it is.

Lord of Rings: FofTR
Final Fantasy

GOONIES -- they actually filmed the entire cast (along w/ richard donner) whilst they recorded the commentary track in the studio. the dvd will intermittently cut to them picture-in-picture style. lots of fun

Blade2!
The director Guillermo Del Toro is hilarious and it's the only one i've seen where people are using foul lanuage like we all do in real life. also, there is no voice over and they will show you long shots of filming. with no narration it's like you are just there watching the process.
and FOTR
i am working on my two commentary tracks (there are 4)then i'll be done.TRON has a really nice history of computer animation thing that runs through it.
Logan's Run has one that was made back when the film was. super retro cool.
