called the place i interviewed at, they said they are mailing me a letter which will be making me an offer. they mailed out other letters to the rest of the interviewers, just a bit confused, never been mailed an offer. i'm wondering if they are making several of the people offers then picking the best one.
DAAHHH!!!!! god i hope i got it. anyone else go through this experience?

no, never anything like that.
not really sure what to think. makes it a bit harder to counter offer a higher salary ya know. they may take the best of the best that accept the offer, then on top of that take the one who is the least amount of $ to them.
good luck either way my man!

maybe they are hiring an army of designers! Other wise it can be a letter saying they'll put your resume on file for 6 months. thank you for applying letter! Hope not tho
Good luck.

"they said they are mailing me a letter which will be making me an offer."
this typically means you got the job.
i don't know what your position is financially, but unless you have several other offers lined up, and unless their offer is a total joke, take the position.

i don't have a financial position, broke as hell. it doesn't matter what they offer, i have to take it.
i just hope it's not a "let's see who will take the offer" kind a of game. i just think it's odd that they do this through letters, if they were making me an offer, i thought they would just call. oh well fingers crossed.

"i just think it's odd that they do this through letters, if they were making me an offer, i thought they would just call."
it's an offer letter and that's a common professional way of being offered the position.
i've had a few myself.

dude you got the job
congratulations, they just want you to sign the offer to confirm the amount and benefits.

i hope, i won't know what to do with myself once i get a paycheck. i haven't had one for almost a year time to pay some people back and get some new clothes. WOOHOO, fingers still crossed though.

Just mail back an acceptance letter and you'll be sure if they mail you back an acceptance letter of the reply to their original acceptance.
huh? what I just say?

DAAAHHHH!!!! Go fish
- mitsu0
usually the offer letter will contain information on what to do next, which for me was always calling the company to let them know i accepted their offer and to find out when i can start.
congradulations. i know the feeling very well. i went 6 months w/out work... it was horrible!

- auricom0

dude, I think you are freakin out. they are probably sending you a letter to give a salary and benefit proposal. and the letters to other applicants are a "thanks for coming butt.." letter. thats how it usually works. congrats
sign it and join the network of corporate whores. its nice over here
:P
