http://www.themediaco.com are always looking for designers. make sure you know some after effects though. other than them and blastradius my advice is to move to another city and/or country. there's just not enough companies headquatered in van to give design studios work(thanks to many years of the NDP).

I've heard some scary stuff about the mediaco - Micro mangage you - you have to log out on bathroom brakes and they monitor eerything - haha
