kazaaa wtf?????

Sorry for bringing this up on NT, but you're all smart people, maybe you can figure this out:
I'm looking at the uploading traffic in kazaa and suddenly I see someone downloading a file I know I havn't downloaded, so I check it out in my kazaa and i find the whole album from that artist there! It has happened at least 3 times. First I suspected my sister (when I saw robbie williams album in there) but now I just discovered Jay Z's the blueprint 2 so now I know it's not my sister or girlfriend.
Is my computer haunted? Has anyone experienced this? Have I just forgotten that I like Robbie Williams?
(I have had my firewall turned off one night but come on...)

some mp3s have viruses in them now. i erad something about it a few months ago but i am not sure that they cause what you are talking about.
i do know that kazaa will download files without you telling it to. it downloads updates for itself automatically. that is not cool because the original version of Kazaa lite didnt have spy/adware in it, but as it updates to the newer versions, it does...

get adaware (it is free and easy to use) and see what else might be on your machine. you might be surprised by how much shit youll find.

that kazaa bug that was going around would show up as songs then spread to other users. if it won't llet you delete it you should probably uninstall the hwole thing and run a virus check.

If you have AdAware you'll have to tell it to ignore the one file it finds with KazaaLite though, it's a dummy file that needs to be there.
