Flash Scrolling

Anyone know an easy way to make Flash Text boxes scroll when you use a mouse wheel? I saw a tutorial once but it looks pretty intensive.

use the UI components and then just edit the skins :)

i'm pretty sure the component works with it. i've heard other designers express how much the component adds file size and messes things up but i haven't had any problems with it. just change it's look.

i'm still confused. the UI Component give you mouse scroll wheel capability? Or just scroll bar capability?
I'm talking about the wheel on the mouse.

i imagine it would. post this question on the macromedia flash forum, i searched it for similar problems but it only came up with the scrolling component issue, nothing dealing with the mouse wheel.
