Distiller Errors?

  Hello.
  On Windows XP.
  Trying to print directly to virtual (Acrobat Distiller) printer and also to .PS then send to Distiller app.
  Always getting "stack overflow error". Any tips?

  I tried everything.
  Reinstalled Acrobat.
  Removed all other printers.
  Tried a simple AI file. Nothing works. This is only happening with AI (9&10). Any ideas?
