Remember in the old days interns just got coffee and did a little s--- work here and there. Don't you think companies that win awards should pay if they want people with "advanced" skills?

Blast Radius Toronto is looking for someone who is motivated, industrious, and has a solid understanding of interaction and visual design.
Responsibilities include coding HTML, creating graphics, and updating and maintaining files.
Advanced level of PhotoShop, Illustrator, intermediate to advanced with Flash desired. Knowledge with MS Office Suite and Windows and Macintosh platforms.
Knowledge of techniques for cutting/processing graphics to balance image quality and download speed.
Must be able to both take direction and work autonomously.
