Image Res. Increase Program?

Hello.
Can someone please remind me the name of the software that can take a low res image and increase it to a printable resolution... Before you start telling me how it's impossible; I know, I know, but there was some app out there that does a pretty good job at it. I think it's called "... fractals" ??. I did an extensive search, but not knowing exactly what to search for doesn't help. Any pointer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Also check out the site fredmiranda.com. It talks a lot about resizing images. You can buy an action on this site that will interpolate images better than Genuine fractals at less that 5% the cost.
