A subpoena has been issued against Verizon Communications by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) to identify a customer who allegedly illegaly downloaded music.
The families of two victims of the Washington snipers are suing the gun-maker and gun shop where the weapon was bought. The suit alleges their negligence led to innocent people losing their lives.
Ford in Detroit is being fined for parking offences that were issued to car owners.
If the gun and car makers can be found guilty... then should the Verizon not filed against the PC manufacturer.

the problem in america is that everyone wants something for nothing. we get a ticket.... i'll friggin sue the car company. my beloved gets shot... sue the gun manufacturer and the guy who sold the killer the gun. we are a society of sue happy f*cks. we want a diet pill that lets us eat whatever we want while never working out cause we are lazy.
as for the sueing it's the spineless lawyers who started the trend of sueing someone else for blame.
like this one that is bound to be a classic. a fat guy is sueing the fast food industry for making him fat. he said... and i quote 'i had no idea fast food was so bad for you.' unbelievable.
now i am from the U.S. and i am making a grosse generalization and i do not mean that EVERYONE in the U.S. suffers from this sickness so please all of you who are just looking for a fight from the words that i just spoke please don't bother...

I was directing my original lawsuit to kona who dares tell me, as an american, to tkae repsonsibility for my own actions, but fine, I'll sue Tattie, and, hell, I'll sue you too, for a reason I'm sure my lawyer can find :)
