fine newstoday folks in seattle are invited to come to the stumbling monk for beer tonight, this very night at 10pm.
the place is on Olive just west of broadway, right accross the street from the B&O. greatest imported beers in town.

July 22, 23, 2003 we seattlitte designers or animator-designers should take notice of such a thing- who wouldn't?thumbs up to all who attended the monk. that was a muscular crew, I'll see you in a few months for another round of cheer, maybe there will be a girl in attendance????????????????
wishful thinking.

Hey guys, that was a good time last night. It felt good to get philisophical with some designers.
Stefan, just looked at your site. That big gulp animation is sweet.
Later.

thanks paul-- yours is smooth too- I like the gap piece's navigation, man how'd you do that? you got some heavenly powered actionscripting skills.
you know what's really really wierd is I have a square I made a few months back that's almost identical to that one you use for checking if the user has flash. I'll post it.. I'm not at my own computer right now, but I thought it was uncanny-- right down to the colors and speed too if I recall.
- Prime760
That's weird that we did the same thing, I'd like to see it. Did you use a block of lines rotating over another block of lines. That's waht I did. Such a simple exicution for such complex motion.
- Prime760
yo
just a test

I made two versions:

http://stefangruber.com/selfport…
not EXACTLY the same as yours.. yours has that nice zooming in effect-- but I still think the similarity is uncanny...
- Prime760
That's really funny. I don't know were I got the idea to do that. I was just experementing in a class once. I guess we have similar minds. Want to see some animation projects of mine?

And there is a hidden game in that gap site. you click the down arrow on the first screen and away you go. My first lip sync project.
