Please tell me that someone can recommend a good PHP based Image Gallery. I have tried a couple, but either they cannot upload on their own, won't install properly, or are terribly lame. Any ideas? I just really need the core, and then I can go ahead and change the skin of it myself. I am looking for something with good functionality and interface, along with the ability to upload via the web.

I've been using this one and it works pretty flawlessly. You can tweak the colors enough for it to fit in any site.
If you're a windowsXP user it has a cool feature where you can upload by the folder full using the "Publish this folder" feature.
