The Inspiration changes for each new piece of work depending on what it is.
I like doing work that people are being really pleased with. That's what spurs me on.

I see this question a lot. Inspiration isn't quantifiable, no person or thing can be inherently inspiring. It's just a matter of how open you are to perceiving the world around you, and how commited you are to generating work....
Also, I think "inspiration" isn't very stable. Dedication is more important. You know there are so many people that get way inspired and excited, and then they don't actually accomplish anything. It's like being bi-polar. You're better off if you just have discipline and keep working even if you are totally uninspired.

i suppose bad design can be an inspiration (to do better!). lolbut this all comes together and i'm at my most creative lying watching TV with a sketchbook or in front of my laptop with a beer and a joint.
