no hart feelings 4cy, situation makes me sad through.
i think what will happen is that the resistance in the us against their gov will become that big and cooking when they will realize AFTER that war, that will be for sure, how expensive it was. not good for the poor and mid-stand people.

"Volker Ruehe, former German defence minister and normally a strong advocate of U.S. defence policy, said: "It's not right to play off Eastern Europe against Western Europe."
"Rumsfeld is not exactly a diplomat and it is not very wise to say something like that," said Ruehe, chairman of the German parliament's foreign policy committee.
Hans-Ulrich Klose, a Social Democrat in the German parliament, said: "It's unheard of. The Americans can't call nations a problem just because they don't share their view. The Americans shouldn't try to divide Europe into 'good' and 'not-so-good' Europeans."

mitsu, u don't have to apologize. =)

in a way i feel sorry for you guys. every day, the same people post and respond to the same topics never changing their outlook or minds. it's getting old and it's not doing any good. i respect your right to free speech and all but at some point you have to ask yourselves... is this the right place?
seriously... it's the same thing day in and day out and i find myself growing ever more bored.
i tried to drop a funny line or two to lighten the post up a bit but damn...
- petzi0
u right.
it's the stuff that surrounds us.

one more:
"The French Environment Minister, Roselyne Bachelot, told one interviewer: "If you knew what I felt like telling Mr Rumsfeld..."
She then stopped herself, saying the word was too offensive."
QUIZ:
What is the word?
i don't think it was "camembert"...
or is this not funny?
ok, i get me coat...

It's kinda sad that what makes top billing for news these days hangs around what one man is quoted as saying.
If you really think about what he said, it's not even factual, it's a personal opinion that 'suddenly' everybody(especially that ignorant beast we all know and loathe, the media) thinks is truth.
It aint truth. It aint even real. It's a soundbite, that according to some smart ass pollster will help the cause, sway the masses and change people's minds.
It works though. It deviates intelligent talk away from the facts (does Iraq have W.M.D's or not?) into Tit4Tat™ bitch calling, U with wiv US for not, my country is better than your country...etc.
The revolution will be dramatised.
