Anyone here file their business as an S corp? Just wondering because I might...

Yes, the flow through rate is better then if you just do a dba. Taxes are 15% rather then 30%. Makes sence from a tax standpoint. Protects your assets from litigation. Its a bit of a pain in that you must file quarterly but its the price you pay. But yes, its a good Idea
