i'm looking for a plugin for quark that changes the case of characters. at the moment i'm having to cut and paste sentences out into bbedit, change case, paste 'em back, and its getting a bit annoying. i wish people wouldn't use all caps when they're typing their word docs...
if anybody can help i would be most grateful.

CorelDraw does. Open your word docs in there and change case, then move to Quark. Not what you wanted but best I can do. Oh and heres some free advice... Ditch Quark.
