I know many here wish these debates were taken elsewhere.
where? Anyone know of a forum for it?
I guess the main problem would be people get pissed off easily and the debate degenerates into name calling. Maybe it would have to be a somewhat structured discussion... I don't know....
I will say that there needs to be more debate in the world, not less... I usually enjoy them when I see them here....

the real issues here seem to be the credibility of presented facts as well as the sources. well, that's what most of these debates have turned into: my facts are more credible than your facts. the issues themselves are fine. art and design, i believe play an important role in the world, even when politics are involved and it would be silly to avoid such topics. a better solution would be more openmindedness and better sources for basis of arguments.
