already enforced, somewhere in arizona-rrrrr, no doubt...BUT we must remember that garden hygiene is just as important as personal hygiene, to such an extent that it would really surprise our fathers and grandfathers..have you ever been down to niffkins ridge on a scorcher??? Let’s afford 2003 with the best growing conditions we can, and tackle that dirty green slimy tank of water, that’s where a lot of our damping off diseases comes from!
